Our team is based in Sydney where it has access to funding for new infrastructure for water, renewable energy, rail and affordable housing. Our team also has extensive specialist experience in Aboriginal aged care housing.
Our team includes:
Jenni Mattila expert in a wide range of infrastructure projects including renewable energy, water, rail and housing co-operatives and finding innovative financing solutions
Fraser Neill 20 years experience solving complex financial viability and corporate governance problems. Frasers background includes the development of business plans and business cases to meet Government requirements.
Infrastructure and Affordable Housing Solutions
Civitas Solutions works with the private sector and Local Government on funding proposals for:
- infrastructure projects such as water projects;
- owner occupied affordable housing
Affordable Housing for Owner Occupiers and rentals for Key Workers
